Land Surveying

Cedar Corporation's land surveyors prepare ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Plats of Subdivision, Condominium Plats, topographical surveys, and Plats of Survey. Our work includes researching property history, reviewing title policies and abstracts, benchmarks records, deeds, easements, and county records. We also provide construction layout staking, including as-built record drawings. We have also completed numerous strip topography surveys for XCEL Energy and Dairyland Power Cooperative in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa.

Our land surveyors use satellite-based LEICA Global Position System (GPS) land survey grade receivers and LEICA robotic total stations to provide the most precise surveys and location data available. The same technology is used on topographic strip surveys, boundary and construction staking to provide accurate information and layouts in the shortest time possible.
