Downtown Revitalizaton Project - STH 87/Washington St.

Cedar Corporation collaborated with Sabongi Consulting Group, Inc. and met extensively with the City of St. Croix Falls and local residents to create the theme for this downtown revitalization project.

The project involved total reconstruction of 0.5 miles including community sensitive design, national scenic enhancements, decorative pavers, utilities, period lighting, and storm sewer. The first phase of this downtown revitalization project created the entry corridor into the City of St. Croix Falls.
